Maintenance Tech, Inc. (MTI) is a leader in the large vehicle wash, car wash and decontamination industry throughout the northeast. 

Their clients include large and small municipalities, large transportation companies, retail car washes and smaller businesses who need to maintain the appearance of their vehicles and protect their assets. 

They recently celebrated their 25th anniversary of delivering outstanding service to their dedicated clients.

The Challenge
When we first met with Maintenance Tech, Inc., their website presence was a single white page with their name, address and contact information, plus a Google business listing. The lack of a viable website with a strong brand was affecting the credibility of the company, causing municipalities to question the ability of MTI to deliver on product and services.  

What We Did

Through a series of discovery meetings, we learned about MTI’s services, clients, business goals and their vision for the new website. Since MTI builds complex, computerized vehicle washing systems, the new website needed to look cutting-edge, techy, while providing the information needed to encourage visitors to contact them. It was equally important for the website to create a strong, recognizable online brand that could be expanded over time.

The MTI new website uses strong design and animation on the homepage to immediately engage with visitors. The main slideshow has a water droplets overlay and two CTA buttons: one button links to an interior page and the other to the contact page. Several areas incorporate image backgrounds with CTAs. Animated slide-up garage doors reveal four service areas. Testimonials and trusted partners are both slideshows: testimonials is a fading slideshow while trusted partners uses a timer to slide one logo at a time.

The interior pages are a combination of professionally written content, icon graphics and CTA’s to the contact page. The Supplies/Services page displays logos for all the trusted partners with a description of their services. The contact page features a contact information, a contact form and a map to their location. The entire website is responsive and started attracting quality leads within weeks of launch.

What We Achieved
The new website elevates the brand and reputation of the company and has contributed to increasing their credibility and sales.
